This may be beautiful but THIS ISN'T A COVER!! Using the same lyrics doesn't make it the same song. There's no melody or chord that reminds me of Paranoid. I agree covers can (and should) be a bit different from the original, but this is unrecognizable. Hadn't I read the title or recognized the lyrics, I wouldn't have known it was a Black Sabbath cover...

I think that this one is better than Black Sabbath's song. At least she has MUCH better singing voice than Ozzy. I like Black Sabbath, but it does not need to hate the band to realize that Ozzy's voice suck and it could only sound nice in his kind of metal.

I can't understand the interest of this cover. The music sucks, no emotion there! Lyrics could be a shoping list, it would be the same... (Contrary to Black Sabbath's version which is one of the greatest metal song of ever: you have to suffer with Ozzy during all the song!)

I get the point of this cover genre, but it doesn't change the fact that Hellsongs completely suck the life out of some of the hardest, most iconic rock songs and pussify them into hymns that even James Taylor would call soft and lame.

Im sure if Ozzy had any opinion on this, he'd want someone to reinterpret is song and make it their own, a direct copy doesnt mean anything, it doesnt show how you feel about the song, as you said, any high school band can cover a song, real talent lies in the interpretation, not the sound.

To half of the people commenting here: What good is a cover if it sounds exactly like the original? That is extremely boring; we have recordings for a reason.

This band has a lot of fun doing covers of formerly "hard" songs in this style. If you don't like it, listen to the original or another cover. They are somewhat original in what they do and that is something more and more unusual, so I will applaud the effort either way. And I really do love her voice.

To me, a perfect copy of someone else's song is just an attempt to profit on their success, doing less work themselves. But taking it in another direction feels more like a tribute and original art.
