No, it's worse than that - notice the bottom right is obstructed, below the view of the camera the entire time. What do you want to bet that if the view extended just 2 inches down you'd see two wires coming down the bottom?
Of course. How boneheaded of me! Searching for an electrical explanation with that rushing sound going on! Thanks dragi, sometimes I need someone to point out the obvious to me.
The reason it runs for a short bit and than stops is because the armature and the stator become perfectly synced. As long as they are just slightly out of phase with each other, it works quite nice up to that point.
Note this design is unable to offer any real torque that could be used to generate electricity or power a car with.
Stupid thought I just had. The Joe Cell has three stages! So does the oc-mpmm need the other two stators and latching to take place first before the effect can be seen?

Laws of "perpetual" mouvement of magnetic/gravity machines :
1- They don't need inicial impulse to start running.
2- Once running they don't stop unless a brake is applied.
3- They work without any electric wires or motors attached.
4- And finaly (unhapply)... they never work, even if you try very hard.
If any of these rules is broken, the machine is a fake .

It's perpetual compressed air motion, then... :)

I found out who the original perpetrator of this fraud is. It's the user "TinselKoala" on YouTube.
Look here before he deletes my comments:

not perpetual motion when you have to use compressed air to keep the little magnet rotating. When you stop using the air flow, it stops immediately.

Compressed air. You can hear it!

Nice discovery, though.

Wath do you mean??? The Joe Cell has three stages.
The oc-mpmm originaly can run?? with one stator magnet and 2 dampers.

The wind blew too strong so we could hear that... LOL

As you can see and hear,I start the little magnet with press air and the rotation stop shortly after I stop the blew.

I felt the wind blew somewhere... LOL

This version seems to do the same thing as the origional except it does not need the both discs to turn in the same direction.
