toyota and subaru teamed up to make the Subaru BRZ/Toyota FT86/Scion FR-S. Sure, it's no supra but it's another Front Engined-RWD sportscar that we haven't seen much from Japan recently, unless you consider Nissan's 370s.

Plus, its retail is $25k If you've got the money, it'll be one hell of a tuner. Subaru is even talking about a Turbo'd version that might crank out at about 300bhp

@Mimsk thats because lexus did a lot of work to make the exhaust the way it is. it was sent to yamaha's music division to be tuned to an f note i think. is it a waste of money to have an exhaust tuned to a certain note? in my opinion its not worth it but they did it so that its appealing to all the senses.

When someone buys an LFA they don't do it to win at the track. They buy it for exclusivity, the technology inside and out and the super car life. It wasn't meant to go beat lambos in the track.

But it's much faster round the track than the Lambos. For example an LF-A Nurburgring Edition did Nurburgring track in just 7:14s while the comparable Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera did it 7:38. On the Goodwood it holds record- 7:22.62 and the next car is the Nissan GT-R which was whole 5s slower than the LF-A. The LF-A is an engeering masterpiece. The Lambos are fast on the straight and are good looking, but they aren't the best machines for the track.
