You forgot the part where you charge double fees, late fees that were not billed and in place prior to classes starting, completely incompetent staff, non-existent counsellors, professors that couldn't give two shits about the students, programs that add classes only to profit themselves with no bearing whatsoever on student education... the list goes on and on. If you are planning on going to college avoid UCF at all costs. Terrible school.
