Unfortunately you're right. I listened to rap in the 90's because of Pac and Biggie, I loved them both. But today it's just not the same, the genre has REALLY taken a hit this last decade. People say it's because I grew up and matured out of rap, but I'd still listen to it today if there was an artist out there that provided that kind of artistic ability Pac and Biggie did. I don't know, I miss both of them, such a shame both of them went before their time.

Unfortunately you're right. I listened to rap in the 90's because of Pac and Biggie, I loved them both. But today it's just not the same, the genre has REALLY taken a hit this last decade. People say it's because I grew up and matured out of rap, but I'd still listen to it today if there was an artist out there that provided that kind of artistic ability Pac and Biggie did. I don't know, I miss both of them, such a shame both of them went before their time.

This implies biggie was on pac's level. Nobody can put biggie on the same stage as 2pac. If you don't just assume that they are both great because they died close to each other one would realize how fake biggie actually was. Listen to 2pac in his own words - "What happened." Pac has all these interviews telling it like it is and biggie has none of that because he has nothing to come back with. He knew he stole pac's style.
