  • crash at 1:35 if anyone wants to know

  • Me: *watching Video* - hmm.. nice ...

    Video: *Soundeffects* ffffFFFFffff... BOOM!

Me: hmm... not good ttttthaaaAAAAHAAHA ROFL xD

  • Would you mind if I used this video to make an explosion in Adobe After Effects? You will be fully cited, of course.

  • Awesome

  • so we meet again 240p.

  • It waco texas. Crazy davidians shot it down.

  • LOL

  • AWESOME!

  • @#$% Terrorists. they fly a plane over a densly populated area and blow it up.

  • Epic fail

  • 1:29 #LOL

  • fireworks!

  • It's raining!

  • "Okay. We have a dozen more sausage wraps here an..." B O O O O O O M

  • Just lika a firecracker.. how cool isn't that!? : )

  • the other jet had a rocket!! ahahah that would be cool tho

  • i saw this video like 3 years ago and ive been looking for it ever since, glad i found it it is now in my favorites.

  • cleanup on runway 13

  • bird??

  • wow imagine that was a real plane things could of got serious :L

  • breaks up at 1:34

  • wtf

  • idiot man sucks at building toy plane

  • Is that a Mb339 jet

  • When I read the description I thought you were kidding.

    My bad.

  • It's raining dollars

  • These models are not impervious to g loading. Speed plus quick and large controls can easily over g ac. Especially with these faster RC ac. Good luck.

  • that was totally epic man!!!

  • At about 35 seconds the model takes quite a shock loading through the undercarriage from a dip in the runway on take-off. This could have weakened the structure?

  • Did the airplane go to heaven?

  • airframe probably developed stress fractures that went undetected until catastrophic failure ensued. ruling pilot error. or his wife sabotaged his plane with a nail file cutting half way through the panel lines and covering up this nasty deed with her blended to match nail polish.

  • *cough* *cough* it wasnt me *cough* *cough*

  • it happens at 1:31

  • crap pilot

  • @hod05 love to see you fly one bud

  • @Crazylogie the NTSB concluded that the pilot was eating a sausage wrap special

  • @hod05 Still I would love to see you fly one

  • do u think anyone bought the pilot a sausage wrap special to cheer him up lol

  • YOU GUYS ARE ALL WRONG ABOUT THE CAUSE OF THIS CRASH........what happened was upon the anouncement of the sausage wrap special.....the sausage gods overwhelmed the world with such happiness that it just caused shit to break apart in mid flight.......the pilot did eject and enjoyed a sausage wrap after the whole thing happened and lived happily ever after in a state of sausage glee!!

  • if you pause it right before the break up, you can feel chuck norris' piercing eyes on the aircraft... astonishing.

  • fire missles !!

  • The nose most likely broke off because of the high g-forces caused by the planes upward turn

  • The nose broke off, that caused aerodynamic disruptions that caused the plane to rotate rapidly. The combination of centrifugal force and aerodynamic forces caused one wing to snap off that was quickly followed by the other wing. That just left the rear which remained interacted and fell to the ground with a small amount of damage.

  • DID THE PILOT EJECTED?

  • wow what happend?

  • wow... total structural failure... what's the main reason for rc jets to disintegrate? It's called delamination... Completely sucks when it occurs... Poof, there goes $10,000

  • out of my 13 years of flying rc ive never seen this happen....ive seen wings come off but i have never seen a plane break apart like that

  • @drumdude12 Aerodynamic forces are proportional to the square of the airspeed. Double the airspeed, aerodynamic forces increase by factor of 4. Triple the airspeed and it becomes a factor of 9. The moment a model travelling at genuine high spead starts to break up and it's aerodynamic surfaces turn in the high speed airflow the sudden forces on the airframe can be huge - almost like hitting the model with a sledge hammer.

  • no this is what happened "shit i got a bogey on my six!" "i cant shake him cant shake him" "he fired a missile, shit, NO!" !Explosion! anyone want some sausage?

  • @Lithoushine LMAO HAHA i hope the pilot ejected

  • woah it just....im sorry it just exploded imploded commited suicide! this is quite and example on why u dont push a plane beyond limits

  • he was pushing that thing way too hard on its first flight.

  • Looking at the video frame by frame you will see that the fuselage breaks in half just behind the cockpit.

  • i wasnt expecting that! i thought a wing was going to come apart mid flight, not the whole stinking plane! coolest RC crash i have ever seen. nice filming!

  • i wonder how it broke apart, that was awesome!

  • Thats what happens when u buy chinese bullshit?

  • rofl

  • @2007TypeR

If I were there I would have killed my self laughing, do I need help?

  • that is so AWESOME!

    never seen that happen before

  • lol!!!!!!!

  • too bad for the owner

  • elmers glue donk work on jets

  • That's the third one of these airframes I have seen explode.

    Two in person.

I'd be absolutely pissed if I'd bought one of these airframes.

Still nothing like a good crash.

  • damn arabs!!!

  • @damiann77 LMFAO NICE!

  • to Skoda130 comment:LMFAO

  • That looked random it was out of nowhere

  • Anyone up for the sausage wrap special?

  • @Thex12 No sausages where hurt in the filming of this air to air sausage attack

  • LOL, what are the odds? In any case, I'm sure that engine was salvaged,.

The wind pealed that thing like a f*cking banana!

  • It was a Muslim!!

  • thats really not funny.

  • YES it is

  • @Skoda130

    Thats not even really funny.

  • @Skoda130 yeah, very original you twit

  • Comment removed

  • Freeze it at 1:38 you can see the shooter in the field! Hehe

  • Crotch bomber

  • freeze it at 1:36. looks more like the cockpit portion broke off then the debris hit everything else.

  • mid air break up my ass. that was a mid air blow up,lol. damn sorry to see such a gorgeous plane go like that but it better than watching the dreaded plummet to the ground ya know.

  • Sorry about your plane, but that looked pretty damn cool.

  • I build rockets for fun (I blow them up!!!) but I know how much one of those jets a worth!! its a shame!!! send me a video camera and I'll post some videos!!

  • Wow - did you find the back boxes? ;-)

  • his finded black boxes not back ones ;)

  • Anti-aircraft air! lol

  • I saw a Bob Violet explode like that one time in Grenada Mississippi. What caused it was the owner was using a plastic soda bottle for the air retracts because you can pump them with a lot of air. Anyway, it was very hot that day and the temperature in the fuse caused the pop bottle to explode when it was expanding because it was over pressured. Maybe something like this happened here.

  • haaahahaahahah siiiiiiiiiii hoooo

  • The man lost control running for the sausage wrap special

  • hope he had is insurance coverage up to date. damn, i've flown jets for a few years now and never even heard of this happening to one. i think i'd rather watch it hit the ground from a distance than to watch it just disintegrate right before my eyes.

  • HOLY BAGEESUS!

  • huston, we've got a problem...

  • He just couldnt wait to get those sausage wraps.

  • This is a first time I see a plane disintegrated in mid flight. Something must have exploded

inside the aircraft. It's good to find out the cause to learn from it and prevent this crash from repeating.

    Anyway sorry for your loss.

  • Sorry for the loss. I've seen a few of these turbine powered aircraft come apart in the air, what mess they make.

  • terrorist bomber i say BOMB!!!

  • Turbine RC jets are state-of-the-art, definitely superior and more realistic-sounding in comparison to powerfan-powered RC jets, but damn are they expensive! And if something happens to them... well, there's a good ol' couple thousand dollars down the drain.

  • Sad ending to a nice plane. These turbine airplanes are the state of the art, but when they fail they can really come apart in flight.

  • Why don't you let us see the owner crying afterwards, and praying to God it's all a dream? :(

  • An L-39 Albatross?

  • I saw another one of those do that at mississippi afterburners last year. I was told what happend, but I dont remember off the top of my head. It wasn't a speed problem though.

  • Ok we've got a dozen more sausage wraps here.

  • Was it flying too fast that it came apart?

  • looked like it hit a brick wall lol. how much do these babies cost?

  • That plane I would estimate, total ready to fly cost between $9000-15000. Turbine powered RC jets can cost up 25K depending on setup and craftsmanship.

  • How much are the sausage wraps??

  • Yeah no kidding. A friend of mines father has a few rc planes that he built from scratch none that i know about are jet powered but i was told that all of them including the b 25 he has is covered with at lest 100k insurance plan.

  • Unless he has 800 planes all covered in 24 carat gold he doesnt have a 100 thousand insurance policy

  • How fast are these things going?

  • about 200mp/h (300km/h)

  • they were going to fast

  • At least these guys arent doing high speed base legs across the flight line. Good flying guys.

  • COOL!

  • pwned

  • Man, what a great little illustration of what happens with a high speed failure, be it model or the real thing. That recent Air France plane is probably scattered over 20 miles of ocean floor...

    RIP

  • what plane was this?

  • We all know that the bottom of the wing or the airflow under the wing is pressurized which creates lift... maybe, the speed of the rc jet created more pressure (just like in real life jet planes, more speed equals visible airflow) then, of course, additional G which pretty much explains the break off... The rc went beyond its limit... Am i right?

  • what happened

  • The plane heard about the sausage wraps, got scared and pressed the self destruct button.

  • I've got a genius idea!!!!!

lets build a plane completely by ourselves!DIY jet engine(not a turbo), fuselage, all under few hundred $...

It would probably be more satisfying to crash a scrap piece of junky looking flying piece of metal rather than ................

Anyway, what is the fastest RC jet ever flown, anybody?

    thanks!

  • RPG got him!!! LOL!

  • Early Kangaroo's would come apart something like that because they had no wheel well liners and the bottom of the wing would blow apart.

  • something must have gone in the intake

  • cheep built :-)

  • Scud ground to air missile got it!

  • Mmm. Sausage Wraps :O

  • loud

rc jet but that was asome

  • the front end gave way its 1.36 try to pause it ublucky mate

  • hm, looks like somone snuck a bomb on board.

  • damn that sucks. that looked like a nice hawk too.

  • looked like the nose broke off

  • how in the world did that happen?

  • damn that sux

  • i think when he was pulling up it put to much stress on the elvater and then the plane just fell u part do to the speed

  • close but... OH SH_T!

  • i fly rc planes and i can understand why it blew but i found it awesome and funny! lawl?

  • if the left wing came apart why did the whole plane break up?

  • it hit a bird... lol...maybe

  • I think the nose broke off & then the center body of the Plane just disintagrated, these nitro gets have gotta be built extra strong to endure 100+ Mph flight.

  • all i saw there was thousands of dollars flying in every direction.

  • lmfao rofl!

  • Looks like the left wing delaminated causing the breakup. Thats a shame-

  • Oops. Wrong button.

  • i got a lock on the red one fire!! its a hit hes going down

  • btw its a red arrow

  • Judging by the shape of the fuselage, and also the wing tip tanks, i think it is an italian Aermacchi, perhaps a MB-339...

  • i stand corected due to the fact its not in the coulors of the red arrows maybe i should buy an RC aircraft and paint it in red arrow colours

  • Wait, what?

  • wait wait!! what happen over ther?

  • ????????????????

  • yeah

  • do crashes and random things like that happen alot with rc planes?

  • they do with helies so i guess the same with airplanes

  • well if you know how to fly the plane it not gonna happen but things like this can happen too but rare.

  • "Okay, we got a dozen more sausage wraps here and-"

    "O-O-O-O-O-OH!"

Nice demo of the stresses involved at jet speeds!

  • did u examine the wreckage after?

  • well u need to pick it all up you cannot just leave it on the ground

  • wow that is better than what i see on tv cool vid.

  • well.. they did get it on tape though ;D if that's a comfort... ;P

  • dude how much do one of those cost?

  • Look -- it's the world's most expensive confetti!!

  • thats what my trainer looked like but the wings folded up first lol

  • SPLASH ONE BOGIE!!

  • haha one realistic break apart:D

  • hahahaha

  • If you freaze it you can see the nose breaks off first, the area around the intakes is fragile in these models and thats where it looks like it broke first. This also recently happened to a full size F 15.

  • What happened? Too many G's?

  • no the tip was starting to crack ar came in the the thing and it imploded lets just say it blew up from the inside

  • dude that sucks badly for the pilot there goes 1 grand down the drain but still tottally kewl crash

  • Try 20 Grand, Maverick.

  • hmmm...you are right!

  • The pilot forgot to load up on carbohydrates before the event and was hungry and fatigued after strenuously wiggling the joy sticks. However, he was going ok until that damn announcer distracted him with the dozen pork sausage wraps and he hit the scuttle button. Sad but true.

  • LOL

  • hahahahahahahahahha funny man right there =]]

  • Tyres exploding? Of course. Faulty wiring is common, and could have hit the wheels causing them to burst.

  • screw the wings on properly

  • looks like the nose tore off and then the plane just broke up

  • The control surfaces started to flutter causing resonance. Tires exploding, give me a break.

  • these rc jets use regual air from an air compressor in a tank to run retracts and/or brakes

  • Maybe it wasn't an oxygen tank. In aviation they use some sort of gas (I think it was nitrogen) in the wheels. Nitrogen isn't flammable, but the tyre will burst explosively if heated, and in this case there could have been faulty wiring causing heat, too much fuel going into the engines at once, pocket of very low pressure etc. But I think it is safe to say that the explosion was brought on by the wheels, whatever the cause for them exploding was, and I presume you don't have the parts anymore?

  • These planes sound better than flight simulator. :(

  • Don't you hate it when that happens.
