Short and sweet, I enjoyed this. As a personal trainer I've been looking round at videos of how other people warm up. So far I've found people tend to simply stretch straight away rather than actually warming the body up, synovial fluid, blood flow to muscles etc. And in other cases, the dynamic routines are too intense for your average person to do right off the bat.
