I'm not sure why they bashed the abyssal blade so hard... It goes through magic immunity... And it is a 'late game' item, if you need a way to stun a hero that may have more damage output that you; that two seconds can make all the difference in the world...

I dont get why you are hatin' so much on abyssal blade, a cranium basher is really good on a hero like na'ix or dk, just because of the stun, and the active will allow you to chain stun, ofcourse it will be for carries only, but it sorta puts an edge to the basher, which will allow it to scale really well into lategame.

People need to calm down about the hero pool. Silencer is an awesome introduction to the metagame and we'll probably see both heroes used competitively. I would think that the reasoning IF has is to keep the metagame different from DotA1.

I honestly believe the HoN system for buying back is worse by far, the limit of 2 during the entire game just makes you want to save it unti late game and not risk using it early game, when it really should be used more for more fun games. Not saying the Dota one is good either, there should be some sort of scaling over the course of the game IMO.

The list is sorted in the alphabetical order of DotA(1), so for example, Skeleton King is where he is on the list because in DotA(1)'s patchnotes he was there as "Leoric".

Also, DK and Silencer are supposed to look aliike. Not sure about the similar voices though, that's kinda strange.

actually if you played warcraft III campaigns silencer(spellbreaker model) and dragon knight(blood elf lieutenant model) are both blood elves they have the same race so maybe that's the reason they look similar in dota 2
