He`s great, my friend from austria(!)sent him a letter saying that she wants an autoraph from him, yeah it took about 1 month till she got something back but he didn`t forget her and send her an autograph with the cutest photo you`ve ever seen from him and a signation that said: all good wishes johnny depp, i don`t know how personal it was meant but i think quite, because johnny Loves his fans...
