This video helped me. After watching it all the way through, I'm so full of dark energy that I am convinced more than ever that I shouldn't have been born and that can just stop eating and die a natural death--by starvation. I'll be so relieved to draw a final breath, release the elements of this vessel join the processes of nature, to be among all beautiful things I can't be with now. Butterflies, birds, ticks, grasses, trees growing, clouds, rain and wind. But mostly, lots more real bullshit.
@MrMaryJanes You sound like you never experienced emotional eating. You're lucky but don't be ignorant. Emotional eating is an eating disorder. Fruit is very healthy, and 80/10/10 life style is too, but unfortunatelly they're not the cure. If you have a low carb diet, emotional eating gets worse. The real solution is changing your thoughts, your emotions and the way you deal with them. I know what I'm talking about. Good luck everyone!
@MrMaryJanes Read my coment again and try to get the idea: low carb diets will make people binge, not as an emotional response but as a physiological response. An emotional eater, binge eater will keep on bingeing and emotional eating on a high carb, high fruit diet. You are 50% right. I'll repeat the part of the comment you omitted: EMOTIONAL EATING=EATING DISORDER.
This woman probably has some very valid points - but frikkkin hell because ur so boring I can never really make it past 30 seconds - Shame sure im missing out on some great info! Sorry but YAWN all the way!
Checking in makes me sad...depressed and eating makes me feel sooo much better... Inositol works well for me I ordered more recently and can't wait 'til it arrives! I will continue to use until I reach my weightloss goal and use it as needed there after.

I've started journaling... just 10 minutes ago. I DID reach for that pint of ice cream, which I binged out on and I feel absolutely discusting and like I failed. =( Thank you for these videos; you're making me feel a lot better after my binge. Thank you! I'm inspired!
Finally someone gets it. The last three to four videos I have watched of yours - words right out of my mouth.These videos are like total validation and I should send people who accuse these types of thoughts on me dealing with eating disorders. Some people just don't get it. You do. Thank you. I am literally in shock right now at our similarities in thoughts - like twin brains LOL Checking IN, yes! Great suggestions. One thing people mention a lot is about journaling. This is something I've always thought about doing but never sat down to do.
Would love to see a video about how you journal ... the type of questions you might ask yourself, what type of thinking you might do to analyse what you're doing etc.

I hear ya! I make sure I align myself before bed and then when I wake up I align myself again by focusing on my desires and knowing that I can do and have anything I want in life. I don't think people 'wake up on the wrong side of the bed', I just think some people get out of bed too quickly. Laying there for a while alone with your thoughts and spending the first few minutes of the day with yourself, basking in self-love (and I use that term very loosely).
Great video, very true! I broke my fast today. I made this recipe shown by Liferejuvenator (channel). Processed cauliflower, garlic, corn, and sea salt stuffed into red bellpeppers. Unfortunately, I put too much garlic and now I have all the windows open to air the place out, lol
Garlic is the best!!! I have a friend of mine that has garlic parties so everyone can indulge and no one feels self conscious :) Congratulations on the fast!! Breaking the fast is always quite brutal... gotta love cauliflower (my favorite veg.)

Emotional eating doesn't exist. It is the craving for MORE sweet fruit. Get enough CALORIES from SWEET FRUIT and you won't "Emotional eat"
