that is a pretty smart idea. i kind of did something similar. On teh internet they have those "treasure scoops" for putting cons in your sluice, but they cost like 10 bucks or something like that. So I went to walmart and bought a coffee scoop for about 2 bucks. i saved a little over 8 bucks! more money i can spend on gas to the prospecting sites :)

Very cool i like that skillet idea. Very smart for even sluice boxes in slow moving streams to get rid of big rocks...
