You need to diversify your guitar influences and experiment more with different scales and arpeggios. You musn't get stuck in a rut music-wise. The bass playing is superb and the tone excellent. Maybe the bassist can lead the way in more complex rhythms and scale/arpeggio forms. There is a making of a great band if you experiment more.
