I'm as much against illegals as the next guy, but this law does contain racism. If you are an illegal or are harboring an illegal (which includes knowing where one is and not turning them in) then yes, you do need to face the law. It's harboring a fugitive (a law breaker) which is illegal. But to make it mandatory for every Mexican-looking person to show you their papers...that is indeed a racist act. As much as I love my country, i'm against anything racist it does or tries to do.

@VideoFeatured the protest is against the law.... not to make themselves legal...... all this law is doing is giving arizona police officers the license to harass... the fact that they can go up to anyone and question their citizenship status based only on "reasonable suspicion" sure as hell isnt enough for me. i understnad if you question a person citizenship status on someone who just broke the law. then i wouldnt mind because we dont need illegal criminals.
