  • its a great workout. i think it's important that you have knowledge with pilates first. Watch a video about the basic stretching and breathing they do in pilates. Pilates is VERY customizable to your flexibility/strength level, you just have to know how to do it.

  • It's a great work out but you should teach the positions before you just jump right into it. You did it too fast.. I strained by back and neck during the core workout... But it is a great work out

  • @7tabbbb LOL yes it should come with a warning, I did the 1st which was ok, then I tried the 3rd video which I found pretty tough! I guess we need to take it very easy on first go and not try so hard to keep up with her! I'm 7 months. Is good though.

  • All 4 videos are a great full body workout that's not hard to do in my 5th month! I'd love to get part 5 though! :)
