@19339Ponken If its fitted, you must wear it. How ever those travelling in police vehicles are exempt from wearing seatbelts. They have prisoners on board, and the officers could do with out the restriction if one them the became violent. Hence why they're not wearing them. Not all vehicles have seatbelts, therefore they're not breaking the law.
