since the getaway vehicle is a boat 7 out of 10 times, i would get a lot of rpg rounds, go in a boat, and go around and destroy every boat sitting at a dock. It always works.

u need the wireless adapter or your ethernet cord to your router. wireless i wouldnt recommend it because of lag

That is because if your useing the wrong router it won't work xbox 360 can only go online with curtain routers

I have both Xbox360 and PS3. I got this game for Xbox and man I was pissed. I bought some online time and started playing: quess what, game didn't work online. The reason was that my router didn't support Xbox or something... Anyway, I took the game back to the shop and replaced it with PS3 versions. Works flawless and much shorter loading times. Plus no internetpayment. So you know what platform to choose, people ;)

I read like 5 different router guide from net and couldn't figure it out. I hate technical stuff with computers, I can think hundreds of better ways to spend my time. My point was, that the Zyxel router I have didn't work with Xbox. There hasn't never been any problem with my PS2, Wii or PS3, but with 360, for reason or another, it doesn't work. Plus, by returning the game I didn't lost anything: I got ultimately better version, with less "loading" and no fees for online game.

Well considering that SA on PS2 didn't have online but the PC version you needed a program, GTA IV does have online in the consoles and I wouldn't see a reason to take that advantage for the PC. Online should be simple just like any other PC game.
