To list the ways it revolutionized and redefined the medium would be infinite. How appropriate, to have Philip Glass, renowned as on the the best composers of the 20th Century, to have a song picked to accompany of the greatest games of all time.

@MrRetlav Meh, I liked the gangster story, but the story outside of gang stuff was really awesome. Samuel L. Jackson was winner for being the voice of the main antagonist. Besides, I don't think the story was really about a "little gangster" attempting to take over any places, I think he just wanted to get his gang on the positive notes and up in the ranks again because they were against drugs.

GTA IV was absolutely amazing for it's time and it still is amazing, I completed the game 100% a long time ago, but I still can't get enough of the campaign and free mode. Judging by the experience I had with L.A. Noire and how amazing the graphics were (at least on the PS3 version), I am stoked for GTA V, even though we know nothing about it. It will likely be in either Vice City or San Andreas just as an estimation, but then again they could always do another place like Niko's home in Serbia.
