Except that NATO's wrath was unleashed on ordinary Serbian people, people with families who work for a living. 90% of NATO's targets were civilian infrastructure. The only wrath the Serbian Army faced was their decoy targets being bombed by NATO. Remember the large military convoys pulling out of Kosovo? Thanks to the Somali people Clinton's hopes of U.S-led "peacemaking" missions were crushed. That's why NATO didn't invade Serbia.
