The cold weather you are experiencing is regional. The US is not the world.

This is a professionally done video. Anyway- Canada is huge. I am sure the weather is different in different areas. In north central WA near Canada- there has been no snow for almost 2 months. The fruit trees need the snow. We need it to prevent drought and forest fires this coming summer. Still glad not to be back east right now.
