You have to create your own just how he shows you at the start, but i have noticed that it is exactly identical to that template that is already on sony vegas, so all you are doing is giving that particullar format a name, so you can identify it when you want to use YouTube settings.

Rendering unconpressed is still the best choise for short videos. Uncompressed=guarrantee of quality&who cares about size. Youtube provides 2gb of size per vid.
