Nice. Those absolutely kill, and I'd love to have a moveable pad like that (doing without now). Maybe a foam roller to sub into it?

If you overextend can you strain your hamstring?
Just started doing these but without the foam cushion. My knees will love that addition!
I'm going to try a rolled up yoga mat.
