i like the cookie management how "Vanilla" for Chrome does it: just frequently delete all cookies exept the ones whitelisted.

a pretty radical anti-tracking tool is "RequestPolicy" for Firefox. it breaks some websites, but if feels good to have so much control.

and many know "NoScript" for Firefox, but it definately belongs in the list.
