I live next to Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Stephen Colbert declared it fatter than all of China. That's the closest I've got other than my actual town being smack in the middle between the equator and the north pole, but that's nothing special.
Secret zip code? Was that the Cheney Police Department, 215 G St., Cheney, WA with the jail? There's a Napa parts store in the background too when you talk about jail life. Finding ADM on the map was easy since you stood in front of the address. It was easy to find Betz and Betz. Even comedians have used that mistake. Was it McDonald's, 2324 1st Street? Google had a camera go along 1st St too. Gives yet another view of some of the scenes. Ain't we got fun! Winter wheat is higher in gluten.
Close - the jail is in city hall at 609 2nd street, just 1 block NW of ADM (the police station used to be there, though). They've probably got one at the police station too, but the building they're in now used to be a funeral home with little need for imprisonment. If you look at the corner of 1st and "C" you can see ADM, the jail, and Napa.
You're right about the McDonalds, though. I got gasoline at the Conoco just north of there.
I'm not going to try and ID your car but there are dashboard picture web sites to comb thru if anybody else wants to try. However that won't work if the dashboard had a custom job done. LOL
You invite snoops like me to look up zip code 99004, then where Boots Insurance agency is, ADM Milling at 101 First St. and of course the intersection of Betz and Betz. Couldn't do that in my youth! LOL

Ha ha caught your car odometer reads 66638 (1:20) at the beginning of the video but at the end the mileage reads 66637 (4:59).
