One of Elvis's favorite pastimes was to record Christian and Gospel music, most of which was never published or released. The Carroll Roberson Organization, he is a TV evangelist, purchased the rights to publish and perform this song on his TV show. If you go to his website and listen to him perform this song you will realize this version is not Carol Roberson, he doesn't sound any more like Elvis than I do

If you don't feel that it sounds like the Elvis you know from his last years of singing, it is because it is from very early in his career. I know because I was around then. Granted, this fellow does sound similar to Elvis, but Elvis has a much richer sounding voice. Do your homework and you will realize you are wrong. Sorry, but it had to be said!

Since 1987, Carroll has been preaching revivals, crusades and singing his music for our wonderful Savior to millions of people. Carroll's music has opened numerous doors over the years for him to share Jesus Christ in word and song. I like his voice better than Elvis, but I still believe they sound a lot alike.
