What the hell happened to artists like this? Melissa Etheridge is awesome. The fucking definition of Rock. She can write, play guitar, sing, and completely, unequivocally rock. This whole album is amazing and this song, though given radio play, was given airtime for all the right reasons. I suggest checking out Chrome Plated Heart as well if you dig this. Who cares about all her media hooplah and sexuality. It's fuckin 2011 now and I didn't care then, either. Just keep with the great jams.

They played it a lot in 1995 and 1996. It felt like a new song when I first heard it in 1995, but I didn't know it was from 1988.
