omfg, are they really tiling directly onto floorboards??? Better add a lot of GT1 into that grout. 7.25 look at the tile alignment, must be using Topps missized Turkish imported tiles.
Do NOT tile directly to floorboards btw! - This will result in cracked and loose tiles! Place 9mm plywood down as a base with screws every 300mm then tile on that!

Make sure to push the spacers in deep, so you take away the intergity of the grout and create a weak spot.
