Should your elbows flare when pressing? I've been looking at kettlebell pressing videos and it seems that there are two major approaches when doing this exercise. 1. elbows flare (RKC) 2. Elbows are tight (WKC-Fedorenko Style). Have you noticed this too? so which is the better technique?
some good tips. minor point- it's a seated press really not a floor press, yes ? (the floor press referring to the bench press style lift lying down) i guess you wouldn't call it a chair press since there's no chair!
