Thanks for this analysis....anyone who can't differentiate between corporate and individual rights is essentially brain dead. People living in States have always had to adhere to more constrictive laws than those at the Federal level. Wyeth's ability to just scoff the Vermont decision just shows how tyrannical companies can be, the power of money over ethics and, especially, how unfair the playing field is between civilians and Corporations.
