Economic Cents: How Do I Apply for Unemployment in Utah?

I work for the Iron County School District and I have been out of work since school got out in May. I will be returning to the job in September but will not have guaranteed hours because I am returning as a substitute teacher. I am need of some medical assistance, and I am barely getting by this summer. I was told that I should be eligible for unemployment benefits and/or medicaid?

NO SUBTILES or CLOSED CAPTIONED for Deaf Utahns?!?!?!? There are over 22,000+ Deaf Utahns!!!! PLUS over 324,000 Senior Citzens with Hearing Loss! They do depend such accommodations! Utah IS BEHIND!!! MOST States are way head of Utah!! WHAT A SHAME!!!! This is SERIOUS! PLEASE IMPROVE!! I feel disgusted! I am not from Utah but I have been there many many times.. LIVED there for ten years, too. SICKENING state! They hurt Deaf/Disabled people.. and DO NOT CARE for them, too! PLEASE IMPROVE!!!
