  • hmmm very awesome, Haha thats great, ohh ya stop training 2 weeks before the event, thats the time your body will need to recover, after the 2 weeks of rest you will be much faster and just alltogether better, I know this cuz im a personal trainer

  • @CamberLongboards You are right! In my research is good to shrply taper down resistance and light and moderate intensity work, but you should maintain high intesity just for lesser durations to maintain the neuromuscular connection and to aid in carb. loading. :D

    I am pre studying before I go to university for sports nutrition.
