ok i have my hv40 now my friend has a mac with final cut pro 5 installed but i dont know how to import my footage on final cut plz help what do you do to import your footage in final cut and do you have a 35mm adapter to put your 17mm lens on what type of lens is it sorry for all the ? your videos just look so gud man

@cashimirs HD tape but from what I've read/been told, there's not really any difference in the HD dv tapes vs. the Dv tapes. I've used both kinds and they seem to yield the same results

great video man did you go to school like for editing and stuff? or did you just learn it on your own? I wish i was that good at editing man ive been working on my After Effects skills but i have dont have a good camera. I use a Canon PowershotA470 and Corel Video studio.

@emanuelzhimrules "EFF" film school. I learned everything on my own through online tutorials and websites. There's tons of stuff out there. on here, on vimeo, etc...Save the money you'd spend on film school and buy a camera.

@cashimirs Yea I planned on shooting it all crazy and hand held like that. It was pretty difficult to edit because I had so many takes from so many angles. Better to have more than not enough
