I got this book for my birthday and am fiding it very re-freshing and humourous., If you can get over the title and get into the spirit of the book you are onto a winner. I like this video, maybe not the name, but I get it , the name is provocative and gets people to watch. Meditate and then make the committment to practice daily some compassion and kindness. Give them out freely, expecting nothing in return. Practice the compassion & kindness on the people who need it most, the rude, inpatient, and mad. It just might transform your own spirit
