They would have died because they didn't come on time, so that was a big f*ck up. Besides, it never related cpt. Macmillan to baseplate in any place, not even the voices sound the same. (I never played mw3 so idk the voices there, but I'm pretty sure they're not the same as Cpt. MacMillan)
