@kstsoi28 The answer to "First Step" is "hidden 10th Victor's order" it activates only when vitals after injecting white medecine are lower than 70 (that's why he used scalpep to make it happen quicker) The tenth order is needed to get full special points and S rank

i think you used cheat codes for the s rank on the first step level. my score is 4440 and i only have an a rank.

@chrmd003 No, to get an S rank, you have to get 2000 special points and max vitals.
