@JR54312 He died of malignant melanoma, a form of skin cancer. Bob had a white father. This form of skin cancer is thought to be caused by UV (radiation from the sun). Fair skinned people are more susceptible, but it is not unheard of in people of color. This is a very dangerous cancer as it usually spreads to other parts of the body before it is detected. In Bobs case: the brain and lungs. The injury to his toe was coincidental.

In this book he talks about how the government developed the ability to inject cancer as a means to develop vaccines which evolved into a plan to Kill Castro in the 60's.
