Im just getting into this brand.......and i want to get sleek no out of control hair that has volume at the roots, see i have thick hair and its slightly wavy...its quit an akward hair type, and the roots are never volumized, and i hate alcohol products, i am more in organic good for the hair products and i am liking what im seeing, i have tried the one-n-only argan oil, and thats to heavy for me. it makes my hair greasy, and i ahve greasier roots, i have to be caref, is ancient serum heavy?

@CelticLove18 Hi there. Oh my goodness, I am so sorry you cannot get into the products. For thick wavy hair and for a sleek look the serum would be a great idea to try since you aren't liking the other products. I have the opposite problem. Each morning I am doing eeny meeny miney moe to see which potion I want mix for the day. The ancient serum is perfect for my ends. I only apply it there since I have short hair and I trim it often so there is no damage. Start with a dime size. Good luck:)

@CelticLove18 I didn't have enough room to keep typing, but it is very much like other argan oils where people think their hair is going to feel oily or their faces are going to break it when in fact the skin becomes smooth with no acne and the hair becomes shiny and sleek with no oiliness at all. You just don't want to apply it to the roots. Dime size with hands rubbed together apply with both hands lightly all all areas below the roots then blow dry. Great for your brush so it smooths through.

Jenn, , I ordered the Geishalicious poo, dish, and Shanghai root boost. They arrived yesterday so I have used them only once but the result is incredible! I've colored my hair for 35 years and it is very coarse and dry. Who am I kidding? It feels like straw sometimes! But today, it is actually silky! I can't believe it. It has shine, is smooth, and was much easier to blow dry. Thanks for telling me about this fabulous line..my other "stuff" is going under the sink too!

Jennifer...I can't quite tell which mascara you are referring to in this video. I am on the hunt for the 'best' mascara, who isn't!! I think it is Rimmell, but can't tell for sure? I just tried Hard Candy, did'nt care for it...even tried the wet and wild as I did also like the eyeliner you recommended by them. The eggplant bothers my eyes for some reason...but love the black more than my Mac!! My absolute favorite mascara ever is the Plush lash by Mac...but it flakes soooo badly!!

I am so sorry for not getting back to you one month ago. I found that I didn't respond to comments on this video so I am so very sorry. My absolute fav mascaras are the YSL in black, Rimmel Lash Flirt (flirt key word, the other is awful) and my all time fav right now and I am surprised by this is MAC Zoom Lash as all of the other MAC mascaras have let me down. I am so sorry for not getting back to comments on this video. I cannot believe I didn't see them. I don't get notification on all comments anymore for some reason, but I wanted to thank you for the compliment on my nose. I am so very insecure about it. Most of the time I try to contour it because when I smile it gets wide. My ex husband told me in my early twenties that I had a fat nose and it as kind of stuck in the back of my head. Oh my god, your kidding me. I can see why he is your ex husband. It's funny though, I have the same exact problem. People always ask me why I'm rarely smiling in pictures, and the only reason is because I feel like I have a fat nose when I smile. A guy friend i used to have said i have a "black person's nose" ,trying to say it's very wide I'm assuming. I think your nose is perfect!! I could never say something like that to someone, knowing how much it would hurt me.

I just love keeping short hair. When I had long hair, Gary loved it, but I feel much more confident with this short hair and I can do so much more with it. That is very special to hear. It's alright that you tell me that. My grandmother looked very much like Marilyn Monroe when she was younger. When she past of breast cancer at 62 she looked 52. I thought she was so beautiful. I love it when people tell me that as long as I am alive, my grandmother will never die. Sweetheart, thank you so much for the compliment. I can only say that I take really good care of my skin, exfoliate, use self tanner and moisturize a lot.
