The worst injustice is that nobody speaks out against the government allowing us to be placed in Double Jeopardy. For example, when a disturbed young man becomes a repeat offender, the courts routinely will increase his punishment because of his criminal past- even though this results in being punished again for what he has already served his time for.

@Iohgilbert Yeah, I don't like those legislators and prosecutors either, lying through their teeth that they are providing the falsely accused with a lawyer and then underfunding the offices so that convictions are overturned because they are shoddy show trials. Shame on them. And god bless the public defenders.
