I've never hated Alfa Romeo. That artist rendering is very lovely. Maybe my all-time favorite Alfa- the 1967 Alfa Romeo Spider "Duetto." BEAUTIFUL classic car. I've never hated the Cayenne, but that Cayenne bodykit package is OUTSTANDINGLY ugly. Scared children guaranteed. The lady between 3:08 and 3:10 looks lovely. As for the WULF deal, I'd hate to be caught in a situation like that. That XE looks very promising, and the XKE is one of my all-time favorite sports cars. You're awesome, Derek D.!

Chrysler, particularly the Dodge brand, has the most Lemon-Law cases filed against them. The Chrysler Minivans of the 1990s were notorious for catching fire. Durangos and cross-overs had problems with the wheels coming off.

There are many many videos on youtube with dissatisfied customers who have filed lawsuits. Even more websites that have called for Chrysler to pay up on damages and force recalls.

I'm not sure where you get the notion that Chrysler has always had great build quality.

Also, the Wall Street Journal kicked the crap out of Chrysler LLC in an article dated October27, 2008. WSJ analyzed the latest consumer reports of that time and lampooned Chrysler for coming in dead last in quality standards.

And finally, CNN and AC360 did a story a couple of weeks ago about Chrysler and GM being saddled with lawsuits worth billions. Hundreds of individual plaintiffs and several class action suits were filed by people injured or killed because of defective Chrysler cars. Clearly, build quality and design safety are not their strong suit.

Hopefully, Fiat and Sergio Marchionne will help Chrysler, at the very least for the sake and safety of the buying public.

Chrysler and Mercedes was a bad PARTNERSHIP... Chrysler got some good stuff out of it but overall they were dragging down Mercedes... and in the end even Mercedes couldn't save them. but with fiat and Chrysler the only way to go now is up... or bankrupt... but there is no way the Italian government would let ferrari, alfa romeo, and Maserati go under so fiat isn't really taking a risk...
