  • DON'T eat those dairyshakes! they have been recalled because they have been contaminated with salmonela, a bacteria that can give you a nasty stomach ache or worse. I learned that the hard way!

    -just thought you should know.

  • actually chewing gum makes you hungrier becuase you start chewing and your stomach thinks your getting food and so starts digesting stuff that isnt there, thus causing discomfort. I reccomend milk chocolate as this is high in calories.

  • Ik people say food is last but i put 3 energy bars and some gum in my kit. To me its worth having the food forr a little bit than to have hunger pains

  • i agree that food is comforting for survival but you are going to have to use alot of energy and you need to replace those calories

  • good kit. gave me some tips for mine!!

  • nice kit, i hate to sound like a critic, but i have some of those waterproofing bags and i have had 2 of the buckles rip off, one while i was just doing a look over right out of the package, they are pretty water resistant, but not so durable from my experience.

  • Great kit, it would go a long way...

  • I like the vitamins! Defiantly going to add some of those. Great idea.

  • great kit ;)

  • Careful Super glue is poisonous!!!

  • nice!!!!

  • what do you expect to do with a foot long section of snare wire? going after mice? I think most people end up using snare wire to hang themselves.

  • @stonecutter270 you only would need that much if you used the wire for the actual snare and secured it to some cordage which in turn is secured to an anchor, i think if done properly this would work well enough for rabbits, squirrels and such...not a bad thought for someone who runs ultralight, climbers etc. where every ounce counts.... just my thoughts.

  • where is the knife?

  • @grizzlypride122 a knife is a given

  • Realy nice kit. Like the coffee can idea. You could make it into a bushbuddy stove or as a cup (many uses). My fav of all of it is your STRAW idea, AWESOME I am going to make a bunch of them. I was thinking if there were a second smaller can that just fit inside the coffee can you could have both a stove and a pot. Excellent work great presentation.

  • shit man....this is ASwOME!

  • Dude, you said man purse in a survival video. hehehe. And I recognize that pocket knife! :)
