  • you should've doubled konged those 2 tables at the end. it looked like u fell and hurt your shoulder badly.

    anyway, good vid

  • you nicked that song off the two brothers vid

  • stole me song!! lol

i got the same song for my parkour vid

  • The music is so tired... everybody uses it everywhere... but anyway - good vid!

  • yep, im hating that song

  • a double kong would have been good on those picnic tables

  • I love you you showed the repetition, which is essential to parkour training. I definitely loved the double table kong and all the kong-precisions.

  • Cool, I've just learnt to palm spin, today, in manchester, UK

  • dam! when i saw 1:47 i thougth u was going to underbar it after the kong! but thatspace is like a foot, and yeah my fav vault is the kong, i need to make them largers, i just make them like 5 feet (distance), and the height is perfect if it is on my hip, good kongs and good precisions

  • nice keep at it man and have fun.

  • Holy Kong Vault, Batman!

  • I never noticed the arm swing till I had put this video together. Good thing I noticed now eh? Since then I've been working on drilling it out of my system cuz you guys are right. Owen, I know my climb-ups need work and they are getting it believe me.

  • very nice video, but i think exactly the same thing... why do swing your arms like that ? honestly, i would like to know =) IMO its totally waste of time and energy because if you ever need to do a precision jump in a hurry you wont do that arm swing

  • thats an ok but that thing that he/you do is such a waste of energy, just start with your hands at your sides and jump, none of this swinging arms stuff. And work on climb ups, otherwise good.

  • If you are talking about swinging the arms forward in precision jumps, then I would disagree. It may use more energy but the forward arm swing that takes place as you jump helps with the forward momentum, which allows the jumper to get a further jump. There might not be a big difrence in the two jumps, but you can get more distance with the arm swing.
