let me tell you something, this was the most hated subject of my entire 7th sem in engg, least interested, but Arun sir is doing some fine job, wat grasp on the subject man, some of the prof in coll dont have a grasp on what they are speaking half of the time :P, never knew this subject can be so interesting, thanks you NPTEL

I think to explain a topic at the detail, intricate level Prof. Kanda does is indicative of his expertise in the topic. Well versed, understood the concepts and linkages. I also liked the anecdotal stories told as asides to the lesson which aided in giving visual for further understanding. I'm jealous to not have had a professor of this caliber in my academic instruction!!
