  • That was pretty.

  • oh yea, and it's a Scottish slow jig if that info's useful :p

  • Many thanks for your help. I'll try that. I live less than ten miles from Arrochar, so it means a lot to me. I want to try it on the mandolin as well as the guitar. Enjoyed your performance btw!! Barry H

  • Glad to be of service. Isn't technology great? Sharing trad music overseas instantly :)

    happy picking

  • it's not on the session(dot)org oddly enough, but I found a few sites with the music in ABC format. You can convert that into sheet music with the ABC to sheet music converter at concertina(dot)net, just google tune-o-tron. The original key is D, I'm playing on a Bb whistle there :)

  • intro bit I didn't play(end of B part): D/G/A/D A part: D/D/D/D D/D/G/G D/D/D/D D/G/A/D B part: D/D/D/G D/D/G/G D/D/G/Bm D/G/A/D if you want to be fancy throw in a walking bassline with the chords like D, C#/D, B/D, A/D etc. :)
  • Enjoyed the tune very much. Do you know where I can get the music and chords for it?
