@BizarroZaro you have to consider that the video view is angled forward of the crossbar, not exactly straight down. So , you really cannot say the glove even crossed the goalline. You can prove the illusion to yourself by using a sheet of paper, looking at the edge (so the top and bottom edge are one), then tilt the paper about 5 degrees. move your finger to the center and notice it crosses the bottom edge (crosses the goal line) even before your finger touches the paper (breaks the plane).

I think the refs did the best they could, but as a fan of neither team, I have to call the replay inconclusive. Pause at 0:38 and watch for the next few seconds. It is very possible that the puck could have been sideways in the goalie's glove, which would constitute a goal. Not trying to annoy anyone here, just my $0.02.
