How long does your hair have to be to wear a half wig? Mine is growing back from chemo, and its short, but I really like the half wigs, maybe with a hairband? I dont like full wigs too much. Can your hair be short and still rock the half wig?

Just finished viewing this one, and as usually you brought it!! I really like the tips you give regarding the different roller types. However, do you have any advice for those of us with fine, short hair, that may curl, but have trouble blending our own hair to cover the area effectively, where the half wig begins. Your wig tips, will allow me to get thru this in between period as my hair grows out.

hey girl thank you first for watching my video as well as your compliment to me I really appreciate it, well as for the those with shorter hair you can still rock them, you just made need a shorter curler but same width and push your hair more tback towards the wig line and also you may want to bring the wig line a little closer towards the front that way it gets full coverage depending on the length of your hair

Thanks for letting me know. I went on Sally's website and seen it on there. I plan on purchasing it asap. I like the way it looks smooth and not stiff on your hair. Is there a setting lotion that you would recommend we use for the curls and braiding? Is setting lotion the same as mousse? Forgive me for sounding naive...I'm kinda new to all the hair products.

Hey Sweety well it really does not matter the brand of setting lotion it is all good, I was using Lottabody setting lotion but they sold out all they had left was the LottaBody that was really thick 7 I dont like that so then I now am using Fantasia Setting lotion and it smells great and works perfect so i would use any setting lotion that is not too thick or even a little moose will do as well

I LOVE your videos! Very helpful. Ok, I have natural hair and yet I still love and wear my half wigs to give my hair a break. I'm wearing a spiral curl half wig right now and a trick that I learned was to part off the bang area and simply take small sections of your hair and twist them around each spiral with some gel like a two strand twist. You can do this to edges for when the wind blows hard. My natural hair is beautifully blended in and no need for curlers. U can untwist when dry for curls!

WEll for a lot of them like Newborn Free Ruth all you have to do is braid yourown hair with setting lotion and it will work the same, as for the straighter styles I would try flat ironing the front part of your hair with a little oil sheen, that is what I have done for my BFF and it worked for her as she is antural as well, i sprayed a little olive oil oil sheen on her hair and used the flat iron then I put the curlers in her hair if it was moose needed I would use that as well

I'm natural and I twist my natural hair around the spirals on a curly half wig like a two strand twist and for straight wigs I just flat iron the front only and blend (like muffinismylovers said). We can do it too!

I wore a straight half wig and did some serious damage to my hair from flatironing daily, so now I opt for full straight wigs. Which curly half wig are you rocking?

I had to learn the lesson about oil sheen on the wigs the hard way. It truly does cut the life of your wigs in half. Your advice is so on point, and thanks for the tip about the rods. I love wearing the wavy hair and I cant wait to try this tip!!!

To preserve my wigs I always use that Dermit Luster & conditioner in the aersol can, that helps w/ the ends, but at times if they get too tangled I will trim the ends just a little bit 4 the tangling underneath in the back I just spray enough Dermit on it, and finger the tangles out & comb them out after I have fingered them very lightly The Dermit is great it really helps keep the synthetic wigs longer & thank U for the Comment, I have got 2 master putting the lashes on though
