I was surprised because he started swallowing immediately. It took him a couple of weeks to really get himself sorted, but after 2 weeks, he could devour a crusty bread roll in about 20 minutes.
Love it! This is definately baby led weaning! My boy is nearly 6 months and I want to try BLW and im wondering when do they actually start swallowing food?
Most people would consider normal baby eating to be purees spoon fed. As the bit of pizza is something he's grabbed out of my hand and shoved in his mouth, I'd consider this BLW.
I'm sure he's a big boy by now. My boy is 6 months old. Were you afraid of choking? I am spoon feeding him and he has no teeth.
