Pointless - you only have two hands! You can only tune one string at a time anyway! Technology for it's own sake with no practical advantage over the 'monotune'. You say..ah but you don't have to touch the ones already in tune, I say, the act of retuning the out of tune ones means you probably do!!
I never realized that tuning was an evil. I always thought of it as a critical part of playing music, a skill. I use tuners on my solidbody guitars, but prefer a tuning fork and my ears (how radical!) on my acoustics. It's good to use your ears if you're a musician!
@sonofrest It's good to use your ears, but on stage in a band situation it's kind of unpractical with the noise of the audience etc. Plus you have to be in tune with the rest of your band, so having a tuner that is accurate and fast like this one is something very welcome.
I stopped using a tuning fork on live gigs back in the 70's. I still like to tune with the fork when I'm home or when I'm teaching. I just did a recording session - I played a nylon string and a jazz box. I used the fork, since I was in a quiet environment and was playing solo guitar with a singer. Sometimes you may have to tune to an acoustic piano in the studio (remember the "give me an A" routine?), so it's good to keep your ears in shape.
i bet the bass tuning is not as good.. bass tuners always suck.

well yeah but atleast you don't have to go through all 6 strings ONE BY ONE just by checking which string is in tune or not
