  • @laverkfc4stitching

I saw that you posted recently. I hope you do not mind but I am wondering if you could briefly explain what NMAP is, and what it does? Is it used to tell if someone is on your network? I am new to all of this and I just wanted to know. I will welcome the knowledge of anyone on Youtube if they are willing to share it. Thanks :)

  • @drbayoms well mmm nmap is well known scanner in the hacking community its actually a port scanner which scan your host or target host for open ports it also can tell you what OS target are using with argument -O ,i think this is enough for now you can do the rest on your own hope i helped

  • @laverkfc4stitching i'm pretty noob at hacking, but seems you enjoy hacking for shits and giggles too. so i have to ask. there's a private remote computer i'm trying to gain access to. message me (computer belongs to me), if you'd be willing to offer any advice or guidance please message me or shoot me an e-mail.

  • I typed in my command nmap and a bunch of things scrolled down, does that mean it's registered ?...

  • it wont work in command line for me.

  • writing on visual studio... lol

    what is the VS version?

  • How do I get the nmap in the command prompt thingy

  • If you are referring to getting it to run from the command line, the environmental path should be registered upon installation.

Go to Start - Run - Cmd, then type "nmap" to see if you have registered it.

  • @ICauseMouthCancer go to insecure.org and dowload it there for you os
