Phelps does what most Great athletes do,which is set impossible standards for himself and work his ass off to achieve them.

Yeah. I think it's fair in the sport of swimming. This sport has a lot to do with endurance and stamina and for a body suit to "enhance" what is not there for the swimmer is a bit like cheating. My dad is usually a cynical man but even he says that you can't cheat in swimming.

guys guys, for those who think its all the suits, the lzr as well as the blue70, jaked, arena suits, etc are all available to any one of you that can afford them. so buy a suit, get in the water and see if you can make it to nationals. all the swimmers are tested for dope so we know they aren't cheating. but all of them also wear a 'magic' suit too so it comes down to the one thats trained and worked the hardest and knows what they're doing. i'm with jkowalski33.

phelps is so ACTING , ok he is the best swimmer in history , but not when ever some one had got into challenge with him in the race he moves his head . he did it in the olympics , and he did it now .

he got to know that his body is starting adapting what he is talking , but other swimmers are just new to that stuff , so they have a good endurance too .

are you kidding me?! clary is legit. besides, what 'magic suits'? yes, suits are becoming more advanced, but everyone at this level wears them so in a sense the difference is canceled out.

regardless, what do you expect? would you wear a normal speedo brief or a speedo LZR if given the choice?

it is no different than track runners having spikes on their shoes, cyclists using new tech. advancements for light bikes, etc... you're going to use the best equipment available to you.

its POLYURETHANE lol...and yes jaked is ALOT better than the lzr because it's entire made of it, rather than just the panels. so people who are like "everyone wears them" should do their research first before they make such uninformed comments
