Xbox 360 Ripping Music Problem

i cant rip my CD to my hard drive and it is clean so i need help to rip it?

type into google convert mp3 to wma click the second link and go onto the site and copy a song you want in the adress bar into converter and click convert then when the song is downloaded stick the song on a blank cd and then burn it onto a cd via windows media player when that is done rip it onto the xbox you can only do one song at a time though

its the formats of the songs! you have to change it to something but i dont know what, youtube it n there are programs out there.

It's beacause of the media player... I had the same problem and after burning with nero it worked.

its probably the type of file your songs, are they all mp3 formats or wav. files

People! Download the optional music update for Xbox LIVE (Google it) and then download itunes and use itunes to burn music on your CD-R Disc (burn no more than 20 songs each disc). It solved my problem!!

READ THIS: YOU CAN RIP MUSIC TO YOUR XBOX WITH BLANK CDS! You need to burn music to the CD as Audio then it will give u the option to rip music o the xbox when u intert it!

mine is not saying play cd its saying mixed media disk, and i have to go into it through the music library and its not saying rip cd, its saying edit or save playslist, i hit save playlist and its says playlist can only be saved from xnox 360 hard drive, but how do i get it on the hard drive. some one please help!! nothing is sinple for me when it comes to the easier things.

@nikklip Thanks but it was actually a human error, I was to stupid to realise that I hadn't actually burned the songs right, so the xbox was reading a blank disc

Xbox 360 Boffins are going to add extra support for USB pens anyway. Like adding games (Yes MW2) and to put music onto your HDD and vice versa. AWESOME!

same thing happened to me today... i wanted to rip a cd but i could only get half the songs. come to find out that the songs that are blocked might be protected and you know how much of a douche microsoft is about copyrights and shit!
