  • I think u have to hold the handstand a bit.

  • great job! I only have one problem. When i do the front limber i can do it, but i have to bend my knees to get up from the bridge, its also hard to push myself up from the bridge. Got any tips, plz?

  • you probably want to stretch bridges and arches so you get the feeling of what it will be like
